For Emm-Trace Inc.’s project at Gulliver Academy in Pinecrest, Florida, DOP Engineering designed a range of custom metal solutions to enhance both functionality and aesthetics.
The primary feature is a striking screen for the parking garage. This screen consists of vertical square tubes, colored in various shades of green, adding a vibrant touch to the structure.
We designed aluminum stair railings extending from the entry level to the 4th floor. These railings provide safety and support while maintaining a sleek and modern appearance. Wall-mounted handrails were installed for both stairs and ramps, offering additional support and safety for users. These handrails are crafted to meet all safety standards while blending seamlessly with the building’s design.
Our team also designed several protective components, including steel bollards, steel corner guards, and pipe guards. These elements ensure the structural integrity and safety of key areas within the facility.
We incorporated louvers at the facade using the Ruskin system, which not only enhances the building’s exterior aesthetics but also provides functional benefits such as improved airflow and shading.
The project included steel track guard railings and a steel chiller yard ladder, ensuring safety and accessibility in critical areas.
Finally, we designed a mechanical roof screen to conceal rooftop equipment, as well as a folding partition support to facilitate flexible use of interior spaces.
